Customer Relationship

We believe that happy employees keep customers happy. A happy attitude is Intrinsic. No amount of skill building helps if the employees do not have Internal buy-in of the company's products and values. Since front-end Employees determine whether a customer stays with the company or not, they need to have the right 'attitude' and the 'competencies'.

Our workshops ensure that some of these 'beneath the surface' issues are tackled before we make participants practice skills. She has experience in conducting psychological and psychodiagnostic assessments along with vocational testing and guidance for adults and children.
