Our Values

Idam Learning Methodology

  • Adults learn when they want to learn
  • Adults learn on their own, you can't force them to learn
  • Adults learn when they go through an experience
  • Adults learn when they reflect and introspect
  • Adults learn when they read inspiring stories
  • Adults learn when they experiment with something new
  • Adults learn from role models
  • Adults learn when they watch others
  • Adults learn when it makes sense to them
  • Adults learns when they resonate with the new learning

Which of the above statement is true??

Chances are more than one statements is true for a lot of us. We use an experiential learning model which involves a good mix of activities (both indoor and outdoor), role plays, exercises, self assessment instruments and video films.

We support our learning with carefully chosen research work and models (behavioral, psychological, leadership and management). Our work is based on sound organizational behavior principles.

I am always ready to learn, but I do not always like to be taught.
